Michelle Blewett
Michelle is a dual qualified lawyer, holding an unrestricted practising certificate in NSW, Australia, as well as being admitted to the New York Bar, USA. She graduated from the University of Sydney, and now has over 10 years practising experience. She has worked in senior roles in the NSW Government, top international law firms, a peak industry body and in-house for a public company.
Michelle is experienced with the full spectrum of employee relations and corporate & commercial law issues. She is adept at advising on matters that can often be highly complex, sensitive, and technical in nature, and skilled at relations with unions and industrial bodies. She provides practical, plain-English guidance to clients whether they be SMEs, large complex multinationals, or not-for-profits. She actively listens to clients’ issues, and delivers advice and/or solutions with high attention to detail and empathy.
Her reputation as a leading practitioner in her field has been recognised by the profession. She was a nominee for the Lawyer’s Weekly “30 under 30” Awards in 2015, and finalist in the prestigious McCallum Medal Competition run by NSW Young Lawyers in 2014.
Monica Rouvellas
Monica Rouvellas is a solicitor, specialising in trusts, property, taxation, structuring, asset protection and estate planning, and all aspects of commercial law. Monica helps clients structure their assets to grow, protect, and pass on their wealth. Monica provides legal and expert advice to property investors, business owners and professionals, from beginners to more seasoned individuals. Monica is also an active property investor who uses the same solutions she provides to clients for her own portfolio.
In addition to being a solicitor, Monica is a creative entrepreneur who has been innovating in the creative industries for 10+ years. She is best known for the Muzikboxx App, Sydney Violin Studios, and as one of Australia’s leading business and law academics, having taught over 5000+ students in both business and law over the past 10 years, across several of Australia's leading universities including UNSW, Macquarie University, UTS, and Sydney University.
After developing a diverse business experience and educational background, Monica is now committed to sharing her expansive knowledge and insights with her clients, helping small business owners, investors, and professionals utilise the current laws to achieve their business and financial goals.
Aside from business, Monica is also a classical violinist, music educator, and producer, and enjoys investing in the Australian property market.
